From Excel to Digital Platform

From Excel to Digital Platform

Before Stageplatform UCLL, the internship process was a spreadsheet saga. Every few weeks, an updated Excel file made its rounds among UCLL students, a method as cumbersome as it was outdated.

This analog approach not only strained the students and staff with its inefficiency but also made it challenging to keep information current and accessible, sparking the need for a transformative digital solution.

The leap to an online platform marked a new chapter. It wasn't just about moving data from spreadsheets to databases; it was about reimagining the entire internship discovery and management experience for students, companies, and UCLL staff.

Tailored Design

In sculpting the user experience for Stageplatform UCLL, we wove the essence of UCLL's house styling into the very fabric of our designs. Each interface was conscientiously developed to resonate with the institutional branding while serving the specific needs of students, companies, teachers, and administrators.

Our creative process balanced the vibrant UCLL color palette and typography with the functionality each role demanded. This equilibrium ensured that while navigating their unique pathways, all users would find a visual and operational consistency that felt like home.

The visual harmony of UCLL's branding with the platform's architecture underscores our dedication to a design that's not only intuitive but also integrally connected to the college's identity. It's a testament to a platform that's as much a part of UCLL as the community it serves.
